C-Prio Ltd · EninTree beta

Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of the current free EninTree beta. They sit alongside, and do not contradict, the Privacy Notice.

Effective
16 October 2026
Version
Beta 1.0
EninTree is currently a beta service. These documents describe the service as it operates now and may be revised as its accounts, payments, storage and support systems develop. Material changes will be notified appropriately.

1. Who we are

EninTree is provided by C-Prio Ltd, company number 14298401, registered at Arise Innovation Hub, Alan Cherry Drive, Chelmsford, Essex, England, CM1 1QT. Contact: jiahui@c-prio.com. In these Terms, “we” means C-Prio Ltd and “you” means the person or organisation using EninTree.

2. The beta service

EninTree is an AI-assisted entrepreneurial navigation, information-organisation and work-support service. The current service is a beta that may change and may include incomplete features or safeguards. These Terms govern free beta use; they do not create a paid subscription. Separate commercial terms will be presented before any paid service applies.

3. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using EninTree, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to use the service and provide its information. If you do not agree, do not use EninTree.

4. Accounts

  • Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
  • Do not share access without authority or attempt to access another workspace.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance or operation of the beta.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give us a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, process, display and analyse it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support and improve EninTree, comply with law and exercise these Terms. This permission ends when the relevant content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups, evidence of transactions or incidents, and material already irreversibly aggregated or anonymised.

  • You must have the right and authority to provide the content.
  • Do not enter unlawful material, malware, infringing content, or information that violates another person's privacy or confidentiality.
  • During beta, do not enter highly sensitive personal, medical, legal, financial, regulated client or confidential third-party data.

6. AI-assisted functions

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable. EninTree supports thinking and work; it does not replace your judgement or a qualified professional. Review material outputs and independently verify legal, tax, financial, medical, safety-critical and other high-consequence matters before acting.

Ordinary AI-supported use is currently included without a separate usage fee. We may introduce reasonable fair-use limits or separately priced exceptional AI usage in the future if operating evidence makes that necessary, but only with advance notice and any agreement required at that time. We will not apply a new AI usage charge retrospectively.

7. Feedback

You may give feedback, suggestions and bug reports. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may use them to improve and commercialise EninTree without payment or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of your workspace content.

8. Our intellectual property

EninTree software, design, brand, documentation and service materials belong to C-Prio Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the beta for its intended purpose. Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service except where we agree in writing or applicable law permits it.

9. Acceptable use

  • Use EninTree lawfully and do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
  • Do not bypass controls, probe or attack systems, introduce harmful code, overload the service or make unauthorised automated requests.
  • Do not use non-public EninTree material marked or reasonably understood as confidential to develop or disclose a competing product.
  • Do not present AI output as verified professional advice or use it as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision.

10. Third-party services

EninTree depends on third-party infrastructure and AI services. Their outages, restrictions and changes can affect the service. External links and independent third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Availability, change and data protection

We may modify, maintain, suspend or withdraw beta features. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage or compatibility with every device. Keep independent copies of critical information. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Notice, which supplements but does not replace these Terms.

12. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be error-free, secure, complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings, reliance on unverified AI output, or loss caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control. Because the beta is currently free, a suitable financial liability cap must be settled before paid use rather than implied here.

14. Ending access

You may stop using EninTree at any time and may request account or data deletion at jiahui@c-prio.com. We may suspend or end access for breach, misuse, security or legal risk, discontinuation of the beta or necessary operational change. Data following closure is handled under the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms as the beta develops. The version and effective date will change, and material changes will be notified appropriately. If a change materially affects your rights or introduces payment, we will seek any fresh agreement required before it applies.

16. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise. Questions may be sent to jiahui@c-prio.com.
